Aloha

~ “The breath of life” ~

To live the spirit of Aloha is to live positive, loving thoughts leading to the actions benefiting all, and to cultivate and share loving energy with every life form. This is a path of acceptance, forgiveness, and harmony. It invites us to reach levels of high consciousness leading to the cultivation of Mana and living a life of Pono. It is a path for those who innerstand the magic of self~love and of loving all there is because in the Spirit everything is connected. Between you and me, there is no separation. Harming one is harming all, including myself. There is no difference between life~forms and in Aloha, we respect every expression of the Creation. Aloha is a non~violent path of the peaceful warrior, who, braced with Love and Mana, fearlessly transforms the darkest shadows into the brightest light and thus allows for Pono to manifest.

Mana

~ The power~

The life force contained in every expression of the Creation. Mana is our energy, and by our actions, we can cultivate more of it or deplete ourselves. Mana flows through everything; our work, relationships, words we speak, and thoughts we have and it is our free will that decides if we create or destroy using this power. When we live a life of Aloha our Mana becomes supercharged and our accomplishments extraordinary, for it is that which connects us to the Source and nourishes our Souls. If we are able to sustain the loving connection to the limitless Source and realize it is what created all of us, everything we create and share with others will be blessed by the Divine.

Pono

~ “The goodness” ~

Pono is a word used for balance, righteousness, and doing what is right. Pono is our action infused with a loving and conscious decision to do good for yourself, others, and all there is. The traditional Hawaiian shamanistic purification ritual Ho’o ponopono is a ritual of returning to how it was before it went wrong. It includes all members of the family including those who have passed the rainbow and those who were miscarried or aborted. Pono is the invisible energy in our thoughts and deeds and nurtures Mana. To live Pono pursues us to keep returning to the state of Aloha, just like living in Aloha cultivates the Mana so we can experience Pono in each situation and every interaction. Innerstanding how these three powers are intertwined, to me Aloha Mana Pono means ~ The power of Love restores anything. Doing what is right enhances our strenght to live in the spirit of Aloha.
